The 2020 edition of the National Craft Prize celebrates excellence in Uruguayan craftsmanship, promoted by the National Directorate of Crafts, Small and Medium Enterprises (DINAPYME) through its Artisan Development Area. The edition expanded significantly, doubling the number of award categories and recipients, resulting in a publication of over 200 pages.

This bilingual book (Spanish and English) presents a refined visual and editorial curation, combining product photography, workshop portraits, and in-depth interviews. It highlights the processes, identity, and creativity of each awarded artisan, establishing itself as a reference publication for the promotion of Uruguay’s craft sector, where tradition and innovation come together through a contemporary lens.
